Hospitalitycareernet's keyword search technology allows employers to find that perfect candidate by searching the text of a candidate's resume. This can be used in conjunction with other search features (like filtering by a candidate's job title, industry type or location) or by itself. Note: Keywords are not case sensitive. The search field works under the following conditions:

Exact Phrase - Typing in Holiday Inn will return all candidates with that exact phrase in their resume. This can help you identify someone from a specific chain. You can even get more specific by typing in Holiday Inn Santa Clara for a particular property

AND – This will look for multiple sets of keywords. Typing in New York and Delphi will return candidates who have the phrase New York and Delphi in their resume although not necassarily next to each other. This can be helpful when you are searching for some who knows Delphi and has worked in New York.

OR- Typing in Luxury or First Class will return candidates who EITHER the phrase Luxury or First Class.
