2. All applicants will be screened to determine fit and appropriateness by your HCN consultant before being forwarded on to you.
   
   
3. Proactive Search - Your HCN consultant will search our HCN and other proprietary databases and present the opportunity directly to candidates. Further, your HCN consultant will employ traditional search strategies, reach out into the local market and identify highly qualified candidates. Those expressing interest will then be forwarded to you. This proactive approach can only be applied for positions below executive committee whose total cash compensation does not exceed $80,000 US per annum.
   
   
4. You will have access to your HCN account throughout the entire term and can monitor all activity and search the database as you see fit.
   
   
5. You pay only one flat fee for this service.
   
   
6. Employers who utilize HCN Select will also receive unlimited job postings on HCN.
