in middle management positions. More streamlined than a traditional executive search, e-Search offers
high quality, pre-screened candidates quickly. It is the perfect solution for a localized, immediate need as
internet technologies allow for a shortened cycle time. Each e-search will receive the same level of expertise
as a traditional executive search, and will also include the following online benefits.
1. The position will be posted on all of HCN's partner websites.
2. Database searches will be conducted first through HCN and then throughout various
Internet resources.
3. Emails will be sent out through various HCN mailings lists, which are highly targeted toward
hospitality professionals.
Our e-Search fees are 20% of a candidate's first year total compensation.
Corporate level positions can be referred to HVS Executive Search and will be treated
as a retained executive search. Professional fees for retained executive search are
35% of a candidate's first year total compensation.
