Corporate contacts to registered members: The only form of information that will be released from hospitalitycareernetwork.com is contact information given to companies that electronically view and browse your profile and resume builder. Companies will have access to view all information you provide in the personal profile and resume builder including: * Name * E-mail address * Home Address and Phone * Industry type and Job title * All information you provide in the resume builder * Assessment results (if taken) Companies will use the above information to determine if you match the requirements needed for the position to be filled. Companies will contact members via E-mail to follow up after finding a candidate that interests them. Confidential membership: If you register as confidential, companies WILL NOT have access to your name or E-mail address. All other information that you provide including the resume builder, industry type, and job title will be available. When a company finds a match with a confidential user, the “career agent” will prompt the company to E-mail the member. At this point no E-mail address will be seen. The member will be known as “Confidential-XXXX.” The member will be contacted and then will have the option to release a name and E-mail address. Corporate Users: Corporate User contact information will not be released to external sources. Only information specifically provided to familiarize members with the company, property, and position will be provided. When applying for a position, the hospitalitycareernetwork.com server will notify the member via E-mail. The member will not be able to see the address the E-mail is being sent to. | ||
